My ranking ability probably isnt as accurate as you guys since most of you may have some more experience or study with these works. Liszt made early versions of both the Transcendental Etudes and the Paganini Etudes. The earlier Paganini Etude no. 4 "Arpeggio" easily contains some of his most difficult writing. It can be seen in Dover's edition.
